Finger food can be easier for children to eat especially as they're often balancing their lunchbox on their lap. We sometimes forget children like simple food & in smaller serves than adults. As kids are usually in a hurry to play with their friends, smaller pieces can often mean that at least some of the lunch is eaten! ![]()

Presenting foods in different ways can be all it takes for children to try foods they would otherwise say no to. These Ravioli Flowers are a great example. You can be sure the green capsicum & tomatoes will be eaten as they munch their way through this bed of pasta flowers. Try & be creative with some of the foods you are encouraging your children to eat. It just may do the trick! ![]()

Let's Look in the Lunchbox
Filled with colour & variety, this lunchbox is loaded with fabulous finger food which will be easy for little hands to manage. The patties were left over from last nights dinner & all other snacks were quick to prep so it was put together in no time. It was packed the night before ready to grab from the fridge. ![]()
